The official ICOP Conference hotel is the Holiday Inn Oxford (now fully booked see below), with easy access to Oxford's historic colleges, Bellingham Palace, and the University of Oxford's Examination Schools which will be the center meeting place of ICOP 2011.

Ths 154 room facility features beauty treatments in their Spirit Health Club, which has a swimming pool and a sauna. A full English breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the Junction Restaurant, and their bar offers snacks all day.

Rates: The hotel is offering a special rate of £95 per night for the extended conference nights of Wednesday, 21 September 2011 through Saturday, 24 September 2011. To obtan this rate, the special rate code of G4W must be entered in the booking form.

Rates outside of our special room block will be at standard hotel rates. If you wish to arrive before September 21st, or stay beyond September 24th, it is imperitive that you make TWO reservations, one for the extra nights, and a separate reservation for the nights of the Confernce. The booking system will not apply the discount if your arrival or departure date exceed the Confernece timeline.

The Oxford Holiday Inn Is now fully Booked

Due to the popularity of the conference, all the rooms we have reserved are now fully booked. The ICOP web team has compiled a list of nearby hotels. The further down the list the further away (up to approximately 1.5km) the hotel is from the main venue. Please note that you will now need to arrange transport to evening venues (i.e. taxi). We have no idea what any of these places are really like but now the Holiday Inn is full they may be reasonable alternatives, we would recommend searching for reviews on the web.
