Updates will be placed at the top of the home page. All full conference tickets have now sold out. Day tickets are still available. Registration should be paid online via our secure payment system which is operated in association with OIA. Please read the full details below of what is included in the various registration payment options and then click the Register Now link to start the registration to pay by credit or debit card. We have secured special rates with the Holiday Inn Oxford. For more information see the Hotel Information page via the link on the left. By using the Holiday Inn Oxford you can take advantage of the free transport arranged by the ICOP team which takes you to and from the meeting venues to the hotel. Full Conference TicketThe cost of the full conference package is £225. This includes:Access to Scientific Sessions and Trade Show All catering during the meeting Reception at the Bodleian Library Banquet Dinner plus all transport to/from venues and hotel Day TicketsAlternatively, you may wish to book for a single day ticket which costs £100 per day (any one single day from the three). This entitles you to access to Scientific Sessions and Trade Show and also includes refreshment/lunch catering on that day. This does not include the Reception or Banquet Dinner. The Welcome Reception (canapés and drinks) and tour at the Bodleian Library is £20 extra. The Banquet Dinner at Williams F1 Grand Prix Global Headquarters and tour is £55 extra.Trainee \ student offerWe have reserved tickets for the first 10 trainee \ students who submit an abstract and have that abstract accepted: a full conference ticket is offered at the cost of £100. On acceptance of the abstract the trainee \ student should contact the ICOP team at icopabstracts@me.com to take advantage of this offer, and NOT book online. Please note that this offer is on a first-come first-serve basis.Accompanying guestsAccompanying guest may attend the evening events with the costs being £20 per accompanying guest for Reception at Bodleian library Thursday evening (incl. refreshments and tour of Bodleian library) and £55 per accompanying guest for the Banquet Dinner at Williams F1 Headquarters. The Oxford Holiday Inn Is now fully BookedDue to the popularity of the conference, all the rooms we have reserved are now fully booked. The ICOP web team has compiled a list of nearby hotels. The further down the list the further away (up to approximately 1.5km) the hotel is from the main venue. Please note that you will now need to arrange transport to evening venues (i.e. taxi). We have no idea what any of these places are really like but now the Holiday Inn is full they may be reasonable alternatives, we would recommend searching for reviews on the web.
